About Us

Launched on July 20th, 2018 and was created by Isabella & Kazuya. Our Discord server, as well as our additional creative outlets, were created in the efforts to help reach out not only towards the online expansions of the LGBTQ+ community, but also that especially of the transgender community - in particularly video gaming.It is our mission to help provide a safe haven and loving environment for all to enjoy with an emphasis on inclusion, transparency, and enriching lives among our core values. We hope to provide you with a sanctuary to which you can call home and we welcome to the TSG Family!

Our Discord Community Rules

Hard Disclosure: Our interpretation and the definition of NSFW (Not Safe For Work) which we enforce is viewed as anything that includes mild to hard nudity, a sexual underlying meaning, racial slurs and degrading content.

We consider ourselves to be SFW and wish to reflect our community as such.

We will not tolerate any forms of hate speech especially in the case of transphobia, excessive swearing, discrimination or harassment. We're especially enacting on these rules as it is among our most common rule break.
Doxxing, also known as personal information dumping, is also disallowed from our server and is considered a heavy form of harassment with the possibility of blackmail, without previous permission. If this is the case, we will not hesitate to suspend or remove you from our server, as subject to severity, and to report you to Discord Staff.

We do not allow unsolicited invitations to other servers unless previously cleared and approved by Staff members. Direct messages for servers will always be disallowed.
Avoid disruptive behavior or creating a deliberate nuisance. You should not bash other members and/or start/participate in heated arguments. If you are found to be engaging in such behavior you will be removed from the server.
Users attempting to bypass our rules and its system will be banned or suspended depending the severity.

Failure to follow will result in temporary chat mutes, temporary removal, and/or exile from our community.

Firstly we'd like to thank you for your time in considering making a contribution to help us grow. With your donation we offer several features normally closed off for public access within the Discord server, as well as access to more content, cool benefits, and more ways to interact with the community. There are several different tiers of membership which you can redeem starting from our basic tier of a one-time simple donation but also monthly subscriptions, unlocking new abilities with increasing tiers.

We have the following options available for the time being but we do plan to increase the perks offered at a later time:

Disclaimer:
We do wish to disclose publicly that we will not and do not have any intention of using your donations for any form of personal gain. To us it’s not only morally wrong but ethically wrong, costing not only our trust but serves greater harm to the community as a whole, defaming and ignoring the very principles to which we are founded upon.

It has also been enacted that any member of our administration including outside forces found in violation of this title are in term subject to immediate dismissal and permanent exile from the community regardless of their established position.

Everything you decide to put into the community, whether be time, money, or effort, will be spread only towards the community, by the community, for the betterment of the community.

Allocation

How we intend to use your donations?

Organized pools, for usage in giveaways of either gift cards, Discord Nitro subscriptions, and redeemable download codes for games, which all members of the server who have made a donation can participate in. The prizes that are involved in our giveaways are taken by public vote, both non-donors and donors, so that everyone gets a chance to help participate.
To pay for premium features of our server bots and help with premium advertising costs on various server listing websites. You can obtain a monthly statement for personal audit of our operations in the #donor-audit section of our server provided that you have previously made a donation.
Additional costs may include, but are not limited to, costs associated with maintenance costs of streaming utilities, licenses for streaming application software, music royalty costs for non creative commons media, independent contractor costs, and bandwidth overhead costs of data associated with streaming.

In the event that we one day begin running streaming-oriented charity drives - we want to assure donors that we intend to donate 100% of proceeds directly to those charities and will have disclosures available for review within our public audit.

If you're interested in joining our [Active Streamers] listings - we will have an application available for you to apply to. Please keep in mind we do have a few prerequisites before considering your appliance such as your current conduct withstanding with your streaming website, amount of channel activity, as well as your own participation here on the server with consideration on that being a first priority.

We're only interested in partnering up with servers who have met among, but not limited to, the following prerequisites.

An established presence within the Discord Community with active membership, built upon good morals, with valuable resources that we can share with our server such as Health + Wellness as an example, along with returning the favor. Preferably a member base of at least 500 users although this number is negotiable. Trustworthy and confident administration is a must.
A representative liaison who can vouch for their server and answer any questions users may have here regarding their server and any additional information that may need to be provided. In part of this agreement said representative will be expected to remain in both their server and our server to retain status of Partnership within our server as well as proper validation of advertising standings between both servers, in which to both forms are represented as vice versa, for as long as both parties agree to participate.
Agree to stand behind and uphold the Rules and Legislation of our Server in no way holding ply or intent to cause intentional harm to us and vice verse, as per the Representative notation written above.
Having some dedicated means of contact - preferably reachable by DMs.
We'd like to keep our total count of trusted associates at the very maximum of ten total.

This standardization is subject to change or to be dismantled, at any time, by the Administrators discretion.
